Return and Replacement Policy

Eligible returns and exchanges will only be considered within 15 days from the original invoice date. No warranty for physical damage, software or virus. Most products may also carry corresponding manufacturer warranty, please contact manufacturer for detail warranty information. Please note some products are with manufacturer warranty only, such as Printer, Scanner,Camera, TV, Networking Product. In these cases customer must contact manufacturer to get the warranty repair or replacement. All items are final sale. We do not offer warranty for consumer products (i .e. software, toner cartridges, battery, blank CD, DVD media etc.) If you have any questions regarding our warranty coverage, please ask one of our sales representatives prior to your purchase. Any claims on products under warranty must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. bigbasket.ca has the right to deny warranty service if the product does not fall under our requirements. Reasons may include physical damage or incomplete packaging. To request a warranty replacement you must request the RA (Return Authorization) from our Online Helpdesk within 30 calendar days from the day you purchase the product. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us and for the costs associated with that shipment.

Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturers often offer additional warranty for their products. Manufacturer warranty information is provided us by suppliers / manufacturers and we list them solely as supplemental product information. We are trying our best to make this information as accurate as possible but unfortunately due to massive product information and constant policy changing from manufacturer it may not always be 100% accurate. We encourage customers contact the perspective manufacturer to verify warranty information before making the purchase or after warranty with Bigbasket expires. We assume no responsibility from any discrepancy for warranty information.

Restocking Fee:

Returns not covered by the defective-item policies stated on this page and acceptable returns received 30 days after the invoice date will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
